So, how does this work?

What's the process like?

After discussing your business and website goals in our first inquiry call together, I'll send you a proposal outlining the website project plan.

Once you accept the proposal and book your project, you'll get access to your own project management board where we'll share files, feedback and basically manage the entire project on so you'll know exactly where we're at and what to expect throughout the design process.

Website builds usually takes 4-6 weeks depending on how complex it is. Throughout the process, you'll be required to provide feedback on mockups and designs. Getting back to me in a timely manner will avoid delaying your project.

What website platform do you use?

I build my websites on WordPress. It's a popular platform used by over 30% of the internet's websites and I combine it with Divi to build one-of-a-kind, mobile-friendly websites that comes with incredibly user friendly backend. I also work with developers for more complex projects that require some heavy lifting.

Do you offer payment plans?

Of course! After the initial 50% deposit is paid, all of my projects are split into monthly payments to spread the remaining balance. I do require the project to be paid off in full before completion and ownership transfer of the website.

What do I need to provide before starting?

You'll need to provide all the written content for the website, a high quality image of your logo and images for all the pages. In your project management board, you'll be guided through the content collection process.

Do I need to hire you for updates?

Only if you want! At the end of our project, I'll provide you with training videos to show you how to manage, maintain and update your website but, I'm always here for you when you feel stuck or need to make some major updates.

How soon can we start?

This depends on your project and my current availability because I like to focus on each of my clients individually. The earliest most projects start is between 2-4 weeks after booking.
